Mr. Hee-Jae Jeon, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Kangwon National University, has a prolific research background, spanning various domains globally. 🌍 He commenced his journey as a Research Assistant at HAN’A SS, where he designed 3D models for orchard spraying and managed R&D projects for smart plant factories. Later, at Korea Photonics Technology Institute (KOPTI), he spearheaded projects on medical optic sensors, industrial optical sensors, Lidar technology, and distributed acoustic sensor simulation. 🛠️ Subsequently, as a Postdoctoral Associate at Purdue University, he delved into innovative technologies such as nano particle-embedded contact lenses for diabetes detection and AI-based anti-counterfeiting solutions. 🧬 Now, at Kangwon National University, he continues to innovate, focusing on AI-based anti-counterfeiting technology, smartphone algorithms for diabetes management, and mentoring aspiring researchers. 📱🔬
