Assist. Prof. Dr. Ngoc Cua Le is a distinguished public health scholar whose research advances population health, immunization equity, and health system strengthening across diverse Southeast Asian settings. Serving as a lecturer and researcher at the School of Public Health, Walailak University, he contributes extensively to global and community-focused health research through advanced quantitative, mixed-methods, and psychometric approaches. With over twenty-five peer-reviewed publications and multiple international collaborations, he has established a strong scientific footprint reflected in an h-index of seven and more than five hundred citations, further supported by 103 citations by 95 documents, 20 documents listed, and an h-index score of 7 in academic databases. His work spans fifteen research projects, including several international initiatives on immunization, digital health literacy, and community-based interventions, complemented by consultancy projects addressing public health needs, health workforce competencies, and digital readiness.
