🎓 Prof. Shu-Ling Hsieh earned her Ph.D. from the Institute of Fisheries Science at National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan (1997-2002). Prior to her doctoral studies, she completed an M.S. in Food Science at National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan (1995-1997), and a B.S. in Food Nutrition at Providence University, Taichung, Taiwan (1993-1995).
