Mr. Jon Jyoti Sahariah is a dedicated researcher and academician in the field of pharmaceutical sciences with a strong academic background and a passion for advancing drug discovery and development. He completed his early education with distinction and pursued his graduation and post-graduation in pharmacy from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University, specializing in pharmaceutical chemistry. Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral research in the same department, focusing on innovative approaches in drug design and therapeutics. Alongside his research journey, he holds additional qualifications including a diploma in computer applications, which complements his academic and research expertise. He has served as a part-time and guest faculty member for both undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses at prestigious institutions, contributing significantly to teaching and mentoring students. His research contributions are reflected through numerous publications in reputed journals covering areas such as nanomedicine, drug delivery systems, cancer therapy, antidiabetic agents, medicinal plants, and biosensor technology, with 62 citations across 13 documents and an h-index of 4. In addition to journal articles, he has co-authored several book chapters with international publishers, highlighting his multidisciplinary knowledge. He has actively participated in conferences, workshops, and training programs, where he presented his research on various platforms and received recognition for his work, including awards for poster presentations. He has also delivered invited talks, reflecting his commitment to knowledge dissemination. Beyond academics, he has demonstrated leadership qualities by holding various organizational positions in student and research associations.
