Assist. Prof. Dr. Ngoc Cua Le is a distinguished public health scholar whose research advances population health, immunization equity, and health system strengthening across diverse Southeast Asian settings. Serving as a lecturer and researcher at the School of Public Health, Walailak University, he contributes extensively to global and community-focused health research through advanced quantitative, mixed-methods, and psychometric approaches. With over twenty-five peer-reviewed publications and multiple international collaborations, he has established a strong scientific footprint reflected in an h-index of seven and more than five hundred citations, further supported by 103 citations by 95 documents, 20 documents listed, and an h-index score of 7 in academic databases. His work spans fifteen research projects, including several international initiatives on immunization, digital health literacy, and community-based interventions, complemented by consultancy projects addressing public health needs, health workforce competencies, and digital readiness. He has authored books on quantitative and applied health research and contributed to innovation through a patent-pending digital health literacy assessment tool. As an active reviewer for leading journals, he supports scientific rigor in public health scholarship and fosters quality in global research outputs. His research interests encompass population health, health inequities, vaccine adherence, digital health integration, and health system improvement. Notably, his recent contribution on childhood immunization adherence highlighted socioeconomic barriers and system-level inequities, offering actionable frameworks to enhance vaccine coverage and equity across low-resource settings. His collaborations with regional universities and public health institutions strengthen knowledge exchange, community capacity, and evidence-based policy formulation. Through multidisciplinary research, community engagement, and an equity-focused scientific vision, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ngoc Cua Le continues to advance impactful public health research and contribute meaningfully to health improvement initiatives in the region.
