Dr. Ukëhaxhaj earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pristina in 2016 and later completed her PhD at the “Kirij i Metodij” University in North Macedonia. Her doctoral studies began at the Andrija Stampar School of Public Health in Zagreb. She also completed her specialization in Public Health in 2005, laying a strong foundation for her contributions to medical and public health research and policy.

With over 17 years of academic experience, Dr. Ukëhaxhaj has served at the University of Pristina, “Fehmi Agani” University, and “Fama” College. She worked as an assistant from 2005 to 2015 and later became vice-dean and dean at “Fehmi Agani” University.
