Dr. Tung Phung Duc brings a wealth of experience to his role as Director and Senior Research Fellow at the Mekong Development Research Institute (MDRI) since January 2013. Previously, he served as a Research Associate at the Institute of Development and Agricultural Economics, Leibniz Universitat Hannover, Germany, from October 2007 to October 2011.
