🌿 Dr. Badr-Eddine CHANNAB is a researcher in Materials Science and Environmental Chemistry. His thesis focuses on creating bio-based formulations with biopolymers, biomaterials, and nanomaterials like graphene oxide and cellulose nanocrystals. These materials are used for controlled-release fertilizers, coatings, and wastewater treatment, involving structural, thermal, and morphological characterization. Dr. CHANNAB specializes in synthesizing nanomaterials, biopolymer extraction, polymer nanocomposites, and surface chemistry. His research interests also include lignocellulosic biomass management and heterogeneous catalysis. Proficient in Arabic, French, and English, he employs techniques like FTIR, NMR, Raman, and SEM. 🌍🔬

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Badr-Eddine CHANNAB’s notable internships showcase his dedication to research and innovation. From October 2020 to January 2021, he interned at the Moroccan Foundation for Advanced Science, Innovation, and Research (MASCIR), where he extracted lignin and cellulose from sugarcane bagasse for membrane applications 🌱🔬. In early 2019, he completed his Master’s internship at the Membrane Materials and Environment Laboratory (LM2E), Morocco 🧪🏞️. Additionally, in August and September 2018, he interned at the Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP) in Benguerrir, working within the Laboratory of Chemical Analysis of Phosphates 🔍🧫.
